i’m a licensed cosmetologist in texas and i have a passion for all things beauty! i do mens & women’s haircuts and i specialize in curly hair. i also do lash extensions |
| What inspired you to start your business? |
at a very young age i could already see where i wanted to be in life. i was one of those girly girls playing with my dolls hair, and in middle school i was always the one doing someone’s braids in the back of the classroom. i completed the cosmetology program that my school offered and was able to graduate high school as a licensed cosmetologist.

| What problem does your business solve? | i feel as though there is not enough representation of textured hair in the beauty industry. it has definitely gotten better over the years but curly cuts & methods of doing and styling textured hair isn’t something that is taught in cosmetology schools. which is why many people struggle with doing it. i want to be the person that people feel comfortable going to |
| What daily habits contribute to your success? | waking up early!! |
| How do you stay motivated during tough times? | remembering where i started. there may be tough times but it’s not a tough life. |
| What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received as an entrepreneur? | never get comfortable where your at because you will never want to evolve |
| What does success mean to you? |
it means being happy where i am in life and in my business
