| Tell us briefly about your services or what you sell: | Greystone Design Co is a luxury floral design and event production company specializing in opulent large scale floral designs and event design experiences. |
| What inspired you to start your business? | When I was 30 years old, I planned and designed my own birthday party. I enjoyed the process so much that I decided to launch my company a couple years later. |
| What problem does your business solve? | Greystone Design Co bridges the gap between busy professionals and entrepreneurs and luxury events. We understand that our clients do not possess the time to curate their own events but they have they have the money to spend and understand what they want. They want to hire and trust a professional to curate a customized and tailored event that they will love, brag about and enjoy! |
| What daily habits contribute to your success? | Mindset is everything and as cliche as that may seem, I monitor my thoughts and what comes out my mouth. I also make prayer and speaking to God daily a HUGE a necessity because I know this journey isn’t mine to take alone. |
| How do you stay motivated during tough times? | Prayer and discipline even when things didn’t make sense and life was throwing curveballs. |
| What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received as an entrepreneur? | Keep going! Take as many breaks as needed but don’t you quit! You will reach your destination if you stay disciplined, consistent and keep your faith. |
| What does success mean to you? | Success means resilience. When you can keep going and not give up when life gets tough, obstacles are in your path, you don’t understand or know what else to do and you keep the faith and ask God for guidance in your purpose, that’s success. We’ve all got this! |
